Section Toolbar
- At the top of each section.
- Manage current section.
- Apply to current section.
- Turn app on and off.

- Hide all section tools.

Clone Button
Clone Section With Data
- Clone the section with pre-filled data and setting.
- The new section is independent from the previous section.
- Cloning a global section will render the new section in the browser, but share the same global data. Changes made to a cloned global section will apply globally.
Move Up Button
Move Section Up
- Move this section up by one block.
- Not available for the first section on a page.
Move Down Button
Move Section Down
- Move this section down by one block.
- Not available on the last section of the page.
Delete Button
Delete Section
- Turn section app off.
- Delete section data and setting.
- Not reversible after confirming deletion. Export and back up your data before deleting a section.
- Deleting a global section will remove it from the current page, but will not delete the global data.
Note: these buttons are not available during presentation.
Exercise
Clone and Move a Section
- Find the section toolbar at the top of a section. You may need to tap on the top side of a section to show it.
- Clone a section.
- Move a section up and down.
- Delete the cloned section.

- The Application is currently off.
- Click this button to turn it on.
- Not available for apps that are always on.
On
- The application is on.
- Click this button to turn if off.
- Not available for apps that are always on.

Edit
- The app is in standby mode.
- Click on this button to switch to editing mode.
- The section works like a normal web page.
- Click on a link will take you to a new resource.
Editing
- The app is in editing mode.
- Click on this button to exit editing.
- Click on text or image to start editing.
- The section will behave differently.
- Click on a link will bring up an editor.
Save
- Click this button to save the current PAGE.
- Click on “Save” button on any section will save the whole page.
- This button works in standby and editing mode.
Settings
- Toggles more options of the current section.
- This button works in standby and editing mode.
Exercise
Edit a Section
- Find a section and turn on the app. You may need to tap on the top side of the section to show the section toolbar.
- Click on the “Edit” button to switch to editing mode.
- Click on some text in the section and make changes.
- Click on the settings (cog) button to show section options window.
- Change the section background to a different color.
- Save the changes.
- Click on “Editing” button to exit edit mode.

Site Settings
- Settings affecting all pages, for example brand colors.
- Data shared by all pages, for example menu items.
- Storage of global sections to use on pages.
- Exporting and importing site settings data.
- Switching to a different site with different settings.
- Site setting can be overwritten by pages.
Page Settings
- Settings applying to all sections of this page only.
- Exporting and importing page data.
- Exporting to a separate web page without editor.
- Deleting page data and restoring to default.
- Loading a different set of data into the current page, with the same URL.
Exercise
Export and Import Page Data
- Find the global toolbar by hovering on the left edge of the screen. If you are using a mobile device, you may need to tap on the left edge to show the toolbar.
- Click on the page setting (file) button to show the page setting options.
- Now click on the grid icon at the top of the option window. You will see a new set of tabs.
- Click on Export Data tab. You should see a big button (Download Page Data) at the bottom of the form. Click the button and choose where to save your data.
- The download button is not available on mobile devices. If you are using a mobile device, you can copy and paste the page data to another app.
- You can optionally import the page data back by going to the Import Data tab.
- Your data is also saved in your browser. If you close the browser and open it again, you should be able to see the changes you have made.
